 We are still in the middle of Chapter XVII Inspiring the Proposal, and our subheadings are:

I think that after this video there will only be two more before we finish the pamphlets!

I'm so excited to delve into our new book, hopefully in January 2026.

 

Notifications

By the way, I am not sure why those of you who signed up long ago with Mail Chimp are still receiving notifications on Saturdays when they said they were ending the free notifications; I'm so sorry if receiving two notifications bothers you.  If so, please unsubscribe from Follow.It.

Some people actually like receiving both, because Follow.It notifies you the day after I post, and MailChimp notifies you on Saturdays, and they like the reminder.  I myself prefer MailChimp since one can see the title of the video, unlike Follow.It's notifications.  

If you are a new subscriber using Follow.It and would prefer to have notifications sent on Saturday instead of the day after I post (for I have no set schedule as to when I post), please e-mail me and I will manually add you to the MailChimp notification.

Also, if one of you has a great recommendation as to a better free notification service, please let me know.  Thank you!

 

Lipstick Boss

I wanted to let you ladies know that I found a lipstick and rouge small business that are coded to match your skin tone, and I'm so pleased with it!  

I have received quite a few compliments from friends and family since I switched to these new colors.  My favorite brand had always been Cover Girl, the one that wouldn't kiss off or come off on glasses when you drank, but those colors no longer looked good on me.  Part of that reason is because I am no longer dying my hair.  Gray hair changed my color palette from a Clear to a Cool, but no matter which shade of lipstick I tried it was too intense.

Through Style by Color (where you should have taken the test to see which colors look best on you), I discovered LipstickBossBeauty.com.

The downside is that the lipstick does "kiss off" and you must remember to blot your lips before eating and drinking.  I can no longer kiss my hubby every time he opens the car door for me, because he'd be wearing my lipstick.  But he's in the habit of opening the door now, so a kiss isn't as necessary as it once was, and he really likes my new lip color and understands.

The upside is WOW!  After I changed my rouge and lipstick and caught sight of myself in the mirror one afternoon I did a double-take -- the colors really did look better on me!  Then I tried using my old color palette, caught sight of myself in the afternoon, and realized what a difference the new colors made.  

I suggest that you buy when there is a sale - and there is a sale today!  The website doesn't say how long the sale lasts.

An Honest Review of The Clutter Connection

Last year I read a very interesting book by Cassandra Aarssen called The Clutter Connection, How Your Personality Type Determines Why You Organize the Way You Do. The first time I took her test was on her website, Clutterbug.me , I came out as a “Butterfly.”  But when I read her mini online book detailing the four different organizing styles that are based on your personality, I thought I was a Bee who coveted being a Cricket!  (See her website for a quick explanation of the four Clutter Bugs.) I bought this book since it goes into depth on the four areas, with color pictures, and I wanted to know more.  I was skeptical of her test and felt that the questions weren’t clear enough, so I took the test several times on different days, and again after reading each of the four sections of her book.
