BH4.1 Beautiful YOU! Chapter 4 of Beautiful Homemaking by Charlene Johnson

Hello, Beautiful Homemakers!

I had a lot of trouble finding pictures for this video, but was finally successful.  Chapter 4 is the longest chapter in the book, and I think it will take me four videos, because I have gone into depth on the subject and have been doing research to go along with what Charlene says.  I just can't help myself!

The chapter begins with a poem and a true story, before delving into the practicals:  tips on posture, walking, and sitting.

I also paraphrase the ending of Emily Hunter's chapter on the same things in the 1967-1985 Teacher's Guide of the Christian Charm Course for teens and young women.

Here is a link to the most updated Teacher's book on Kindle, from 2009.   There is also a teacher's book (paperback, 2009).  You may be able to find them on eBay or Thrift Books, as well.

Student Book: Vintage edition (print) , or New edition 2009 (Kindle).

Another book I mention is Myka Meier's book Modern Etiquette.  There is also an audio CD of it. (Amazon affiliate links)

It's been difficult for me to find the time to do these videos.  I want to!  I'm just so wonderfully busy at church, DAR, with family and friends, reading, and wanting to deep clean and keep decluttering my house!  I've gone through my entire home, and am down to my overstuffed office, where everything I don't want in the rest of the house has ended up while I make decisions about its fate.

I hope you all have a blessed Resurrection Sunday!

Love,

Janine

Do you need a suggestion of which church to visit on Easter?  May I suggest a "simple" church?  I describe it here under this page:  Is this all there is?

    2. Janine, I loved Chapter One so much. At seventy years of age, I am having pain because my head comes forward. I am doing physical therapy, and your steps should reinforce my goals.
